There will be a Modern Japanese Cultural Event in Penang on November 17 - 19, 2006 that includes Cosplay together with Yosakoi and other modern Japanese features. Organized by Pink Hibiscus - a cultural group based in Penang headed by a bunch of native Japanese and Japan aficionados - and supported by major corporate and media players, it will be a 3 day event.
